Background: Coronary artery disease is a major worldwide health issue of immense scope. It the biggest cause death and illness in both male female all over globe. Objective: To assess “prevalence non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with acute coronary syndrome having normal ECG. Methodology: The current study was cross sectional carried out at department cardiology, Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex Nowshera. duration one years from January 2021 to 2022. proforma created for this research then filled requireds information. SPSS version 24.0 used input analyze data. Results: In our research, totally 150 were included. 97 (64.67%) while participants 53 (35.33%). prevalence Non-ST ECG 37 (24.67%). Conclusion: Our concludes that “non-ST infarction” high.
